As an experience designer, I led virtual assistant, transactions, virtual cards and savings.
-
10 epics, 6 sprints, 4 months and a ton of cross collaboration across Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney.
-
MVP for launch included these epics: Onboarding, Dashboard, Search (Virtual Assistant), Transactions, Accounts, Virtual cards, Loans, Smart Insights, Rewards & Gamification, Investments, Savings rules and Notifications.
-
Virtual search assistant across the app
Relevant information provided without searching
Contextual changes according to time of day, events, weather, page user is on, user behaviour
Integrated into other processes to provide timely recommendations such as account creation, calculations, splitting bills.
-
Disposable virtual cards that allowed users to create and delete anytime
Flexibility to link cards to different saving accounts in currencies or intent (e.g. Trip to Japan)
Secure with multiple virtual cards. Users can easily manage money and prevent fraud.
Onboarding aimed to familiarise and learn how to use it to their benefit. Onboarding was via tool tips and empty states content
-
Hands free savings and growth through smart and automated rules
Automate money into certain accounts based on a certain action or trigger
Set rules and when the trigger happens, the money gets put into their chosen account
Predictive and contextual virtual assistant would come in to recommend certain calculations
