Craft the experience vision and strategy for the future of collaboration

An innovation team from a global computer technology company partnered with us to define a new, technology and line of business agnostic, North Star Vision and Strategic Compass to envision the Future of Collaboration.
Using a human-centric approach, the project highlights opportunity areas for potential new solutions across three horizons in the next 5-8 years and will help inform their design decisions.
The project methodology was focused on conducting extensive research to inform future predictions, through obtaining a deep understanding of human behaviour, business landscapes and emerging technologies. Stakeholders, experts and on ground users were interviewed to gather insights and perspectives on their field of expertise.
With the project looking towards a future vision, experts and on ground users were all forward thinkers and/or doers in areas such as remote working, sharing economy, psychology, human machine partnerships and artificial intelligence.
