Lead UX/UI across multiple pods such as customer/merchant engagement, microapps and QR Scan

On building engagement between customers and merchants, I work with product managers to define roadmaps and vision as well as drive the UX efforts in launching features. The work I’ve done runs across vouchers, convo, pay flow, payment requests and QR scanner.

Microapps are integrated businesses that can be launched and utilised right in GPay. In 2022, we launched a Dine In experience in Singapore where customers could seamlessly order, pay and earn rewards all without exiting GPay’s app. This is available across over 100 F&B partners in Singapore.

I also lead QR scan efforts to add new features and improve its usability.
