Identify, design and gamify wellbeing pillars to nudge users into healthier digital habits
Signals | Singapore
Existing solutions are blind-sided to modern work-day realities. We wanted to create healthier outcomes for our users, via the devices they use the most.
We assessed user perceptions and expectations around the concept of a built-in personal wellbeing software on PC and tested key components of it – personalized insights, notifications, goal setting and tracking, suggestions & activities.

Insights
“I think getting the ideas tracked, sitting time, screen time, time for break, especially the nudges, is what makes it the most practical. The reminders throughout the day is the most useful and most important part of it.”
